CDL are currently appointed by LaSalle Investment Management to
- Enhance the existing retail park.
- Acquire an adjacent 4.7-acre development site.
- Promote the merging of the retail park with the adjoining site to accommodate up sizing an existing retailer and introducing some new occupiers.
- Negotiate with third parties (incl Sainsbury) to secure necessary major highway improvements including a new link road.
Once completed the existing retailers will be joined by occupiers including an M&S Foodhall, Home Bargains, Food Warehouse and an enlarged Lidl. Work is currently progressing on site with the final phase of the scheme due to be fully completed by October 2019.
CDL’s role over a 4 year period has been to provide a full Development Management service including the negotiation and delivery of the Land Acquisition, 3rd Party negotiations, design feasibility studies coupled with financial evaluations, planning and highways consultation, tenant negotiation and legals, project coordination and delivery of the development programme.
