About Chelverton
'Lasting businesses are built on friendship'
Chelverton is a specialist property development company, with an Investment arm, that enjoys an excellent track record for promoting schemes and obtaining planning consent for both landowners and retail occupier clients in the food and non food sectors. Recent schemes have included mixed use elements, especially residential, to meet the growing needs of the residential sector. These schemes are often demanding and complex whilst sometimes requiring innovative, creative solutions.
The Company is owned by Simon Morgan and Paddy Fox who became good friends whilst studying Estate Management at Oxford Polytechnic. Their friendship led to a working relationship that has already lasted for over 30 years.
