Chelverton completed the Hatherells Yard Development in August 2014 as part of the strong pedestrian link between their recent development of the Waitrose store and the High Street. Hatheralls Yard is anchored by Coffee 1 with additional tenants being The Sodbury Florist, Cadeaux and Co and Barnardos. Having completed and opened the retail units Chelverton looked to create a thriving and vibrant use of the central square and walkway by opening a series of market units and stalls.
